Atomgrid- Regional sales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who will drive sales growth and expand distribution across priority markets. The role involves managing distributors and retailers, executing go-to-market initiatives, and building strong relationships across the agri retail ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in building Agrochemicals Crop protection brand business in the state of Karnataka.
• Strong understanding of agrochemical distribution networks, dealer ecosystems, and rural market dynamics
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams to drive revenue growth
• Ability to operate independently with a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions to build and scale the business on the ground
