Capgrid-Senior Executive - Supply Chain (Procurement/Purchase)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Procurement / Purchase) to manage and execute procurement operations in the automotive or consumer appliances industry.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities — from RFQ generation to PO creation and vendor coordination.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and consumables.
• Conduct quotation analysis, price benchmarking, and cost negotiations to achieve optimal savings.
• Ensure on-time availability of materials to meet production and project timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and production teams for smooth procurement execution.
• Maintain accurate procurement data, reports, and supplier documentation within ERP systems.
• Support supplier audits, documentation, and compliance processes as per company and client standards.
