Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can own backend systems end-to-end—designing, building, scaling, and optimizing high-performance services.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Build and manage microservices-based architectures with clean service boundaries
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs with strong focus on performance, security, and reliability
- Implement event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing
- Optimize database interactions using Hibernate/JPA and best practices
- Collaborate closely with frontend, data, DevOps, and product teams
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to engineering standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
