LDT - Tech Lead – Node.js & React.js

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our growing team in Zirakpur. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about full-stack development and can guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Manage a small team of developers; assign tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps.
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and robust API integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Ensure code quality through automated tests, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where applicable.
