NeoSoft - Mobile Automation Engineer (Appium)

We’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Automation Engineer who can drive end-to-end mobile testing initiatives with strong ownership.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium (Android & iOS).
• Build scalable test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, and product owners to improve overall product quality.
• Execute API testing and validate backend integrations when required.
• Perform root-cause analysis for test failures and ensure timely closure.
• Contribute to best practices, automation strategy, and continuous quality improvement.
