Hardware Engineer

Role Overview

Design and develop sophisticated hardware components for IoT devices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain detailed documentation and align with project plans.

What You Will Do

Design and develop hardware components, create PCB layouts and prototypes, select components, integrate firmware, conduct testing and quality assurance, and stay updated with the latest trends in IoT and pet wellness technology.

Why It Might Be a Fit

10+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB layout, proficiency in PCB design software, experience in IoT device development, and familiarity with ARM and ESP32 microcontroller-based systems and sensor integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB layout
• Proficiency in PCB design software (KiCAD, Altium Designer, Eagle)
• Experience in IoT device development, preferably in consumer electronics or pet-related industries
• Familiarity with ARM and ESP32 microcontroller-based systems and sensor integration
• Understanding of electronic product compliance, safety standards, and environmental regulations
