Nextiva is looking for a Marketing Operations Engineer to build smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working across marketing. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining marketing automation workflows, operationalizing campaigns, and improving marketing systems and processes.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows, particularly within HubSpot
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and operational processes
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and automate them using AI, integrations, and workflow tools
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing Ops to translate marketing strategy into scalable systems and operational processes
- Own day-to-day execution in marketing ops tools (CRM, marketing automation platforms, enrichment tools, reporting tools, orchestration tools)
- Experiment with AI tools and automation workflows to improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues across marketing systems, data flows, and workflows—and resolve them
- Help connect systems using integrations, APIs, or webhooks when needed
- Create lightweight documentation so workflows and systems can scale beyond you
