Job Description

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer (UI) to drive the evolution of our web applications and contribute to Nextiva's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through a unified, modern platform powered by AI and automation.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in React and core frontend fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Proven experience working in product-based organizations
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Strong experience in debugging, performance optimization, and scalability
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals
- Strong TypeScript expertise (strict mode, generics, type guards — no any)
- Experience with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or Nx)
- Experience building or contributing to a shared design system / component library
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or utility-first styling approaches
