Tower Technician

Role Overview

Responsible for the installation of all aspects of wireless tower site electronics and hardware, cabling, and electrical where applicable. Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment; performs tower maintenance.

What You Will Do

Install and maintain wireless tower site electronics and hardware, cabling, and electrical equipment. Climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.

Must have a team-oriented mentality and be safety conscious. Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe/acceptable driving record in compliance with company policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Safe/acceptable driving record
• Pass a drug screening test
• Pass a criminal background check
