Job Description
We’re Hiring: Senior Paid Social Specialist to own the strategy and execution of high-performing full-funnel Paid Social campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Paid Social marketing (agency or in-house)
- Deep understanding of Paid Social in an eCommerce/retail environment, with a strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) and their performance marketing principles
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for Paid Social creative strategy, from ideation to execution and reporting
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager is essential; experience with TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a plus
- Effective communicator comfortable working with clients, designers, and performance marketers alike
