We are looking for a Product Manager to elevate the standard of discovery, experimentation, and execution in a critical business system, focusing on optimizing conversion, reducing friction, and professionalizing risk signals.
Requirements
- Diagnosing the end-to-end funnel (Viable Lead → Request → Analysis) and prioritizing opportunities based on impact and certainty.
- Optimizing conversion without compromising risk controls: maintaining or reducing the default rate while reducing average response times.
- Reducing abandonment in critical stages (quoting, documents, onboarding) through rigorous experimentation.
- Professionalizing and standardizing risk signals to minimize false positives, fraud, and non-payments.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research: analyzing funnel data, operational feedback, and customer voice.
- Designing and executing complete experiments (segmentation, rollout, measurement, and documented decision-making).
- Prototyping solutions quickly using AI tools (flows, scripts, wireframes, message variants, mocks) to accelerate discovery.
- Designing rapid tests (24-48 hours) to validate uncertainties before requesting development: fake doors, message tests, simulations, case sets, QA checklists, and internal tests.
- Reducing the 'hypothesis → validation' time without lowering quality standards.
- Aligning and coordinating with Operations, Risk, Data/BI, and Technology to ensure clarity of deliverables, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Documenting decisions, learnings, trade-offs, and risks in a clear and auditable manner.
- Collaborating with QA to ensure quality before launches (without converting the role into manual QA execution).
- Installing more control and visibility over the entire system: clear metrics, traceable decisions, and continuous monitoring.
