Business Analyst - Digital Banking & Financial Services

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support digital transformation and product development initiatives within a banking and financial services environment.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business units, product owners, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Support the development of use cases, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation to guide design and development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders to elicit clear requirements and align expectations.
• Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure solution quality, traceability, and business alignment.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.
• Monitor and analyze implemented solutions to assess business value and identify further improvement opportunities.
