Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Area Operations Manager to support day-to-day production activities across assigned lines or sections within an apparel manufacturing or export facility. The ideal candidate has working experience in garment production or factory floor supervision, is results-driven, and ready to grow into a broader leadership role in manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Assist in overseeing daily operations across designated production areas or sewing lines.
- Monitor production output, line efficiency, and workforce performance.
- Support issue resolution related to manpower, materials, or production delays.
- Coordinate with quality, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Implement production plans and ensure alignment with operational standards and timelines.
- Maintain accurate reporting on production metrics and submit updates to senior management.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies on the floor.
- Coach and support line leaders and operators to improve productivity and quality.
- Recommend improvements in processes and workflow to reduce waste and downtime.
