Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior Lead Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. This role supports the delivery of CRM and business automation solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and implement scalable, user-focused applications.
Requirements
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Configure model-driven apps, custom workflows, business rules, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Support the development of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Lead smaller workstreams or modules within larger transformation projects.
- Ensure adherence to solution design, best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.
- Provide technical input in client workshops, user testing, and deployment support.
- Assist with mentoring junior team members and conducting peer code reviews.
- Stay current on Microsoft platform updates and recommend new features or tools for implementation.
