Recruiter

We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for various roles, including administrative, support, operations, finance, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a staffing firm, BPO, or shared services environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and local job communities.
• Effective communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work on multiple roles with varying complexity and urgency.
