Tech Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Technical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience hiring across software development and infrastructure/IT operations domains.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, with proven success in hiring both software (e.g., full-stack, QA, DevOps) and infrastructure roles (e.g., cloud engineers, system/network admins, cybersecurity).
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and creative search methods.
• Familiarity with job families across development, infrastructure, cloud, and support functions.
• Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
