Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join a campaign focused on promoting and selling medical products or healthcare-related solutions.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound calls to leads or existing contacts to promote medical products and generate sales.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or packages tailored to healthcare use cases.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to prospects.
- Handle objections, follow-up on warm leads, and maintain active engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with team leads, quality analysts, and support teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
