Sr. Network Engineer (Unified Communication / VOIP Support)

We're hiring a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Unified Communications and VOIP support. The role requires deep hands-on experience with Cisco voice technologies and high-pressure, enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communication tools including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Contact Center solutions (Finesse, eGain, Calabrio, ICM).
• Support and maintain Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and related VOIP infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise-level voice systems including voice gateways, PSTN trunks, and SIP trunking.
• Oversee large-scale IVR/ACD implementations and enterprise dial-plan configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, deployment, and support of voice network infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in on-call and 24x7 shift rotation when required.
• Ensure high availability and performance of unified communication systems.
