Assistant Boutique Manager/BM - High End Jewelry at Macau, responsible for sales & business development, team leadership, client & brand management, and operations.
Requirements
- Macau Permanent Resident status
- 5+ years luxury jewelry sales experience
- 2+ years in sales management/team leadership
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin preferred)
- Established network with Macau's luxury clientele
- Experience working in integrated resort retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Keen eye for luxury market trends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- GIA certification or equivalent gemology training is good to have
