Director, AI Technology Investment (PE)

We are working with a Tier 1 Chinese investment bank to recruit an experienced investment professional to lead private equity investments, develop sector expertise, and drive value creation within portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Masters degree or above in Finance, Business, STEM, or a related field from a leading university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in China private equity, investment banking, or venture/growth capital
• Deep understanding of the technology and industrial sectors in China and Asia
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a plus
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and lead transactions in a fast-paced environment
