Job Description
The Head of AML will report to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance and assist in implementing policies, systems, and controls related to AML, CTF, economic sanctions, and ABC. The role requires a strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory requirements, consumer and corporate banking products, and a risk control mindset.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant advisory experience in FCC or AML/CTF
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of sanctions, ABC, and risk control mindset
- Good understanding of consumer and corporate banking products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment and cross-cultural organization
- Good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua languages
- Certified AAMLP/CAMLP or equivalent AML certification/license
