NFI North seeks a Residential Counselor - Overnight to create a positive and healthy relationship with our participants, motivating them to recognize their true potential and strive for it.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field
- Prior experience working with adolescents preferred
- Good professional boundaries and an active personality to engage in various sports, activities and life skills as a role model, mentor and coach
