Job Description
The Post Closing Specialist ensures closed loan packages' accuracy, completion, and compliance by reviewing, scanning, and archiving loan documentation, handling incoming mail, and coordinating with internal and external parties to resolve document errors.
Requirements
- Prior post-closing experience
- Interest in learning about the mortgage industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Encompass or similar loan origination software
