Job Description
We’re hiring for a Senior Compliance Officer to support our growing compliance team. The role is an integral part of the compliance function, working collectively to ensure that NFP Europe operates effectively in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and be an effective ‘regulatory translator’
- Good problem-solving skills and be solution orientated
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to act as a ‘critical friend’ to the business
- Strong understanding of the UK’s regulatory regime as it applies to general insurance activities
