Email Marketing Strategist

We're a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania, representing Omnisend among 2000 national and international accounts. We're seeking an Email Marketing Strategist to join our delivery team, working with e-commerce clients to develop email and omnichannel strategies, conducting audits, and leveraging data and analytics to monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brands
• Demonstrated ability to develop performance-oriented strategies and audits
• Strategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements and optimize ongoing projects
• Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability
• Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve both personal and client performance
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
