Job Description
NFQ is seeking a Lead Software Engineer & Team Lead to join their growing team. The role involves designing and developing high-performance PHP software solutions, mentoring peers, and driving engineering excellence within complex projects across industries like logistics, e-commerce, and beyond. Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with PHP
- Experience with Symfony, or other modern PHP framework
- Expertise in relational databases
- Active involvement in code review processes
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, or similar systems
- Ability to conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD)
- Proven skills in requirement analysis
