Senior Software Engineer (PHP)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) for the Checkout team at HomeToGo, a marketplace with the world's largest selection of vacation rentals. The role involves driving technical initiatives to improve product quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development (ideally with PHP/Symfony)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Fluency in English
