We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Support Desk team, responsible for resolving customer IT issues and working in a 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern.
Requirements
- IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Well versed in IT, including network and database structures, computer hardware, and windows desktop support.
