Assisted Living Director of Memory Care

The Palmettos of Bluffton is seeking a Director of Memory Care who will develop, coordinate, and oversee the programs and services of the memory care unit. The Director will supervise the daily operation of the memory care unit, perform pre-move in assessments, and initiate resident plan of care every six months.

Requirements

• Supervise the daily operation of the memory care unit
• Perform pre-move in assessments, as needed
• Initiate and update resident plan of care every six months
• Coordinate and participate in care plan meetings
• Strong clinical background preferred
