NHC HealthCare Parklane is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative management of the assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents.

Requirements

• Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
