Provides compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, assisting with personal care, providing emotional support, and communicating with the hospice team.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program with current certification
• In good standing with state regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with a team and independently with minimal direct supervision
• Proficient computer and technology skills
