Job Description
Macon HealthCare Center is seeking caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. As an LPN, you'll work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient care, build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and join a respected healthcare organization with a reputation for excellence since 1971.
Requirements
- Assess patients and develop or update individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper care standards are met
- Communicate openly with patients, families, and physicians
- Assist with admissions, documentation, and patient education
- Participate in on-call rotation, in-service education, and hands-on care as needed
