Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospice and palliative care, and will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for our patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
• Nurse Practitioner certification in Hospice or Palliative Care within 1 year of starting the position
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 5 years OR clinical hospice and palliative care experience. 2 years’ experience in the Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
