Job Description
Travel Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN PRN responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient’s home.
Requirements
- Licensed in the agency state of operation
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Complete knowledge of technical skills required in the performance of nursing procedures
- Understanding of hospice care and role as a member of an interdisciplinary care team
- Ability to complete on site evaluations and competencies within 90 days of employment and bi-annually thereafter
