The Community Manager is responsible for overall fiscal accountability, marketing, development, Regulatory Compliance, supervising personnel and physical asset management of an assigned tax credit (LIHTC) or Section 8 community or communities. The position requires experience in apartment management, customer service, and leasing/marketing. The Community Manager must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
