Maintenance Technician II at Park West Apartments

Maintenance Technician II oversees physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and construction projects for an apartment community. Responsible for maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies and monitoring monthly maintenance budget. This position may be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires flexibility and ability to work varied schedules, including weekends, on-call, and holidays.

Requirements

• Perform maintenance activities for apartment community
• Maintain apartment make-readies and Work Order schedules
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and Work Orders
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electronic systems, and other systems
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Work with Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to determine supplies and equipment needs
