Job Description
Resident Service Coordinator provides referrals and services to residents, empowers residents to live independently, and exercises Right to Self Determination. Proactively educates and provides referrals and services to residents, including frail and at-risk residents in Affordable/HUD subsidized housing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social service related field or HUD required work experience
- Knowledge of and training in elderly and disability services
- Demonstrated working knowledge of local services for the elderly and people with disabilities
- Two or three years of social service delivery experience
- Direct experience working with elderly populations or persons with disabilities
- Training in cultural competency and bilingual skills
