Batching Operator

We are looking for a Batching Operator to join our team at Niagara Bottling. The successful candidate will be responsible for batching activities, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met, and collaborating with Quality Assurance Technician. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma. The role embodies the values of Niagara's LIFE competency model, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 2 Years - Experience in Position
• 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to visually inspect product and materials
• Forklift experience
