Job Description
We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers, ensuring production equipment and facilities are in good working order. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift
