Plant Director

Niagara Bottling is looking for a Plant Director to lead all aspects of operation and performance in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• 6+ years of experience managing people and/or projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
