Production Operator Lead

We’re looking for a Production Operator Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor to assist with daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 Years – Experience in Position
• 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• High School Diploma or GED
