Production Supervisor

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• 4+ years of experience managing people and projects
• Understanding of production processes and controls
• Leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule
