Production Supervisor

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in field or similar manufacturing environments, managing people and projects, and understanding production processes and controls.

Requirements

• Manage and direct activities of assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members through open communication, visibility, and involvement
• Responsible for team member coaching and development, employment decisions, and resolving issues through conflict resolution
