Assembly

The role involves mechanical assembly tasks in transformer, tanking, and wiring. Candidates will read schematics, use tools to test wiring, lift up to 50lbs, and work in tight spaces. Training on tools like forks and cranes is provided.

Requirements

• Read and interpret prints, wiring schematics and written instructions.
• Use various electrical devices to test control wiring.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work off ladders, lifts and scaffolds.
• Ability to work on high platforms and in tight spaces.
• Use tools such as saws, grinders, drill presses, etc., safely and with efficiency.
• Lay out, cut, thread and bend conduit.
• Solder, braze, aluminum weld and pass a test for certification.
• Must have own tools.
