Commercial Legal Counsel

NiCE is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support high-value commercial and technology transactions and enable growth of its CXone Mpower platform. The role requires a senior legal professional with a strategic and commercial mindset, strong business judgment, and excellent negotiation and drafting skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of legal experience, with substantial experience supporting SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software transactions primarily on the vendor side
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex SaaS and technology agreements, including Data Processing Agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements
• Strong working knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property law, including familiarity with U.S. and international data protection regimes and evolving regulatory trends
• Prior in-house legal experience supporting a commercial or technology-driven business environment
