We seek individuals with experience working on City or State wide ERP Assessments and implementations to assist with project goals, objectives, project management guidelines, project standards, project scope, risk identification and mitigation, quality management, project budget, reporting and documentation. The PM will confirm that client staff and contracted resources are leveraged effectively across the project and has overall responsibility for reporting on status of project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with managing large, complex ERP projects
- Experience developing/creating public sector procurement documents (e.g., RFPs) and related acquisition documents for software products and services
- Experience managing the public sector procurement process
- Experience negotiating and managing software and services contracts
- Experience managing large IT budgets
- Public sector experience
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
