Requirements
- First management experience in sales or promotion environment
- Proven success in B2B outside sales and distribution with customers from the retail or convenience store industries
- Expertise in Salesforce and ability to use data optimally for further budget planning and process management
- Motivational ability, assertiveness, and empathy
- High solution orientation and a well-developed hands-on mentality
- Very good communication and expression skills in German and good English skills
