Pathologists

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hematopathologist to provide high-level, contemporary hematopathology services in Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of attending-level hematopathology experience and demonstrate strong diagnostic leadership, clinical collaboration, and quality-focused practice.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certification in Hematopathology (required)
• Board certification or eligibility in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of attending-level hematopathology experience strongly preferred
• Active or eligible unrestricted Florida medical license required
• Eligibility for California, New York, and/or Texas licensure a plus
• Demonstrated success working in multidisciplinary and senior-level clinical environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with automated Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), including electronic reporting and digital signatures
