Job Description
The ED Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship is designed to provide post-graduate, on the job training to prepare the APP fellows for successful practice in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The APP fellowship provides an opportunity for the licensed APP to receive twelve (12) months of intensive clinical training that uses a multidisciplinary approach to prepare clinicians to step into the challenging and fast paced role of an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Valid Florida APRN License
- Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
- American Heart Association BLS
- American Heart Association PALS
- Level II Background Check
- Successful completion of Credentialing by NCHS Medical Administration
