Job Description
Provides clinical and professional services as a Speech Language Pathologist, including evaluation, reevaluation, development, and implementation of a plan of care. Participates in interdisciplinary meetings, maintains productivity standards, and documents patient information accurately.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Speech/Language Pathologist State of Florida license or Provisional Florida licensure
- American Heart Association BLS
- Level II Finger printing background and Good Moral Character Affidavit
- FLASHA membership
- Pediatric internship
- Certification of Clinical Competence by the ASHA or CFY candidate
